Company Overview:
Square Balloon is a leading organisation in the marketing industry, focused on delivering innovative solutions and exceptional services. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Project Manager to oversee our marketing, web design, branding, and software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.

Team Management: Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including Marketing, Web Design, Branding, and Software Development.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal team members and external clients.

Risk Management: Identify project risks and create mitigation plans.

Resource Allocation: Allocate appropriate resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Progress Monitoring: Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals, and adjust project plans as necessary.

Quality Control: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.

Reporting: Provide detailed reports on project progress, obstacles, and outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications:
- PMP, Prince2, Agile, or similar Project Management certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing marketing, web design, branding, and software development projects. Or evidence that skills are cross transferrable.
- Strong proficiency in project management software tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
