Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the software development sector through networking, cold calls, and market research.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses for software development projects.

Sales Strategy: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the software development division.

Negotiation: Effectively negotiate contracts to secure profitable deals.

Market Intelligence: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform business development strategies.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities, revenue projections, and client feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in business development, preferably in the software development industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
